WHO IS SHE?
Hind Khlaifat
Born on the 23rd of February 1979, grew up in Ma’an, Petra. Khlaifat received her bachelor’s degree in biology from University of Jordan in 2000. Khlaifat later received a master’s degree in press and media from Petra University. In the meantime, Khlaifat is doing a master degree in MBA from Bedfordshire University.
Khlaifat’s passion for social media, creative content and ideas were the driving force behind her co-founding and managing Alocloud. Alocloud is a creative social media platform which has successfully secured many business deals with the biggest corporations in the region such as Jordan TV, Zain, Map Jordan, TIBA, Jordan Post and many more. Khlaifat does not believe in the typical and traditional content used to sell a product or promote a business, she prefers to go above and beyond expectations to produce creative content for every social media platform that she manages.
Khlaifat has pursued different career paths throughout her life. Prior to her role at Alocloud, Khlaifat was managing Jordan University FM radio in 2015, Chancellor of the Dean for Media Affairs, and the Executive Director of Jordan Society for Scientific Research from 2002 until 2007. Khlaifat was also the coordinator of the First Scientific Research Convention under the patronage of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah in 2005.
Khlaifat is also well-known for her captivating writing, working at Al Rai newspaper since 2004 as well as authoring a daily column in Addustour newspaper in 2010. In addition, Khlaifat was a writer for Rotana magazine in 2013. Khlaifat’s media experience also extends to working with Al Ghad, Al Hayat Allondanya, Al Khaleej (UAE), and Arabs Today newspapers to name a few.
Khlaifat’s continuous passion for art and creativity opened the opportunity for her to be an executive member of the Arab Youth Council in the League of Arab States since 2009. She proudly owns and co-manages an art gallery, Gallery 11, in Al Hussein Public Parks in Amman with the artist Rafiq Lahham. Khlaifat is an avid supporter of art and creativity through her memberships in the Jordan Association of Fine Arts and the Jordanian Writers Association.
Khlaifat possesses a wide range of skills which have supported her various endeavors in many different fields. Khlaifat has taken courses in press editing, interviewing, writing lectures and coordinating conferences. Khlaifat is also known for her knowledge in colors and their effect on the mind and body. Throughout her life, she provided insights on how to use colors to successfully showcase the power of the mind and body respectfully. She has also provided creative ideas on how to start your day according to the rules of cosmic energy. Khlaifat also specialized in giving courses relating to reading energies, body language and chromo therapy.
Khlaifat has received several awards and certificates of appreciation for her art, writing and short stories, such as the Abdel Hamid Shoman Foundation Award, a plaque and certificate
of appreciation from the Forum of Media in 2010, and several awards and certificates from other organizations in Jordan and internationally.
What is she doing?
In 2015, a Jordanian social media influencer decided to step up the plate and show the world what it really takes to produce high-quality videos, create awe-inspiring web content and provide exceptional digital marketing services. And thus, the digital marketing agency ‘AloCloud’ was born.
CEO and founder, Hind Khlaifat, came up with the innovative name ‘AloCloud’, a name that not only represents the modern digital marketing age, but also showcases Arab culture; a combination of the terms ‘Alo’, the typical Arabic response to a phone call, and the word that symbolizes all things online, ‘Cloud’.

1. Delta Project
‘Delta Informatics’ is a well-known, 25-year-old software development house specialized in providing turnkey solutions. The project comprised three main components: first, adding new touches to the corporate identity by refining the old logo and transforming it into a new, more realistic one that concentrates on the enterprise’s idea of collaboration and business, while incorporating some minor changes to the colors and fonts used in the logo. Second, updating the existing website in accordance with the new branding guidelines. And lastly, producing marketing videos that describe the company’s products.
2. TIBA Project
The ‘Tiba Organization’ for Islamic Arts Revival is one of HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussain's initiatives that seek to sustain Islamic legacy. The project was as follows:
Developing Arabic and English content to be used, both online and in document format Building and managing the organization's social media platforms Producing a promotional video for ‘Tiba’ via a multi-stage process:
Writing a video storyboard à Recording the voice-over , Conducting photo shooting sessions in Tiba's premises , Adding an exclusive musical piece composed by Wael Sharqawi and Creating the final scenes.
3. ZAIN
We have participated in two campaigns for ‘Zain’: Zain Ayamak and Zain Cash. The two campaigns entailed producing two videos created by Hind Khlaifat, both of which were hand-sketched and included voice overs and storyboard.
4. Danish Jordanian Dairy Company (Baladna)
Re-Evaluating ‘Baladna’’s Marketing Strategie:
Managing the social media platforms associated with the Danish Jordanian Dairy Company, also known as ‘Baladna’, which is one of the most famous food companies in Jordan.
Our mission was to build and implement a marketing strategy with a focus on promoting and spreading brand awareness for ‘Baladna’ and ‘Karolina’ products through social media by delivering highly informative content.
